A Rainy Day

We had a great day today. We had Monday Lunch at Grandma Net's house and Jack and Cousin Henry had a chance to play. Our good friends, the Vosses, also joined us. On our drive home from Grandma's house, we noticed a myriad of puddles in our neighborhood. I promised Ryan that after his nap, we could put on his rain boots and go splash. He did a great job of making gigantic splashes. Jack thought it was hilarious, and I tried to stay dry. At one point, Ryan had to sit down on the sidewalk to dump the water out of each boot. After a while, we came home and the boys had a nice, warm bath. I think hot chocolate will be in order later this evening.
